Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026 · Operated by JW Collective, 594 Chartwell Road, Suite 3A, Oakville, Ontario L6J 4A5, Canada.
1. The service
marchelle turns photos of your products into marketing images of those products in real settings, using AI. You can store products and photos, create images, and download them.
2. Your account
You need an account to use marchelle. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be authorised to act for the company you sign up with.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to our AI provider, only as needed to run marchelle for you. Only upload photos and information you have the right to use.
4. Images we make for you
You may use the images you create in marchelle for your own marketing, including on your website, in catalogues and on social media.
AI images can differ from your real product. The AI draws each image using your photos as a reference, and it can change small details. Check every image against your product before you publish it. You're responsible for how you use the images.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use marchelle to make misleading, unlawful or infringing images, to depict real people without permission, or to try to disrupt or overload the service.
6. Availability and changes
marchelle is being actively developed. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll let you know.
7. Liability
marchelle is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, JW Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from images you choose to publish.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
