Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · Operated by JW Collective, 594 Chartwell Road, Suite 3A, Oakville, Ontario L6J 4A5, Canada.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, name, company name, and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).

Your content: product photos you upload, details you enter (such as sizes and materials), and the images marchelle creates for you.

Pages you link to: when you paste a link to a product page, marchelle fetches that page and the product photos on it, keeps the photos as your product's reference photos, and sends the page's text to our AI provider to fill in the product's details. Only the page you paste is fetched.

Usage: when images were requested and whether they succeeded, so we can run and improve the service.

How we use it

Only to provide marchelle: to sign you in, store your products, create your images, and email you when you ask for a password reset. We don't sell your information and we don't show ads.

Who processes it for us

Google (AI image generation) receives your product photos, image instructions, and the text of any product page you link, to create images and to identify products. Supabase hosts our database, where your account, photos and images are stored. Railway hosts the app. Resend sends password reset emails.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The app may remember your last-used image settings in your own browser.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your account exists. Deleting a photo, image or product removes it. Deleting your account removes your login; if you're the last person on your company's account, the company and all of its products, photos and images are deleted too.

Your rights

You can see and delete your information in the app at any time. For any other request about your personal information, contact JW Collective at the address above.
